The large property portals list what they can monetise. That leaves thousands of registered projects — the eight-unit builder on a Behala side street, the single-tower development in Sodepur — with no page anywhere, even though they are on the public register and people are searching for them by name.
This site indexes all of them. We reproduce what the register actually says, we mark clearly what we don't hold, and we don't invent amenities or prices to fill space. If you want the current cost sheet or a floor plan, ask and we'll get it from the promoter.
